A hop, a skip, and a stumble

As this LIB432 module deals with information and digital literacies, one of our very first tasks was to complete a self-evaluation of our own literacies; my personal opinion was that I considered myself digitally efficient, this opinion reflecting back was not quite accurate. Which brings me to the topic of this reflective report; as an ongoing exercise for the duration of the module we were instructed to create a blog (this blog) in which we reflect on the course lesson by lesson, whilst when it comes to doing formal assignments I have better luck, doing a blog has been the hardest for me (the premise I know is simple, however mentally I encountered a huge stumbling block which has resulted in me creating this post) this has given me feelings of anxiety and inadequacy, however I am not one to give up and as this is my final year I do grasp the importance of completing this blog. It is therefore my personal reflection that whilst I am slow to start, I do have perseverance, a trait I will have to draw on heavily to effectively complete this assignment. Personally, I feel while I might not have been successful at being proactive or at least active in creating posts timeously, an achievement which inspires me is that I have attended every lesson, participated in some aspect and even enjoyed the content, topics and other assessments. Going forward I would like to dust myself off and push through with this blog, who knows I might develop a proficiency for it?
